Shipping Policy

Belly Flop takes 1-2 working days after payment has been received and verified to process your order for shipping.

Courier ($3.50) - 2-3 working days by Ninja Van

 

Ninjavan delivers from Mondays to Saturdays, from 9am to 10pm.

If a delivery attempt is failed, Ninjavan will redeliver (up to 2 redelivery attempts). After which, parcel will be sent back to us and customer has to top up for shipping again.

 

Free standard courier delivery is applicable for orders above $100. 

In any case of failed delivery attempt due to wrong input of address, Belly Flop will not be held responsible or liable for the cost of redelivery. No refunds or exchange will be made in such cases. Customer will have to top up for delivery of parcel again.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only in exchange for store credits. Orders that were made with promotion codes, store credits, and sale items are not eligible for exchange. Please email us at bellyflopdogs@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving the item(s), together with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return. 

 

Only size exchanges are allowed for regular price items, subjected to availability. In the event that sizes have run out, store credits will be issued instead.

All return or exchange items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn in original packaging. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected. 

 

All store credits will be valid for 4 months. 

 

Postage fees will only be reimbursed for defective items. Shipping for all other returns and exchanges will have to be borne by customers. 

Customer will have to top up for shipping for exchanged item to be shipped out to them.
